Running the latest Garlic OS. Amazing picture quality on the monitor and capture but zero audio when plugged into HDMI-Out. Perhaps try another HDMI cable in addition to another HDMI port on your TV. HDMI cables (and ports) in my experience can be finicky, and if the contacts are dirty or oxidized, a poor or no connection will result.
